Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required. We deliver to the U.S. regions supported at checkout, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. A physical delivery address is required; P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded.

Processing and production: 5–15 business days.
Transit and local U.S. delivery after shipment: 42–56 business days, including international transportation and final delivery to your address.

Standard delivery is curbside or doorstep delivery. Your carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window once your order reaches the local delivery hub.

Inspect Your Delivery
Please inspect your furniture upon arrival. Please report damage or missing items promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days, including photos of the product, packaging and shipping labels. This reporting request does not limit your rights under applicable law.

30-Day Return Policy >

30-day return request window
Eligible change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Custom-made and clearance items are excluded from change-of-mind returns after shipment.

Before shipment: You may cancel free of charge. We refund the merchandise payment, applicable tax, and any original shipping charge paid.

After shipment: For an eligible non-defective cancellation or change-of-mind return, a return handling fee equal to 20% of the actual amount paid for the affected merchandise after discounts applies. Tax and original shipping charges are excluded from the fee calculation. This is a single 20% return handling fee. For these non-defective returns or cancellations after shipment, the customer also pays the actual carrier cost of return shipping separately. No additional return handling fee is charged. Original shipping charges already paid are not refunded after shipment.

Contact support@lurpes.com for authorization and the correct return address. The Wyoming company address is not the return destination. Damaged, defective, or incorrect goods attributable to Lurpes are handled separately at our expense. Approved return refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after inspection; inspection normally takes 3–7 calendar days after receipt.

Shopify Payments refunds may take up to 10 business days after we issue the refund to be credited by your bank; weekends, public holidays, or bank delays may extend this time.

Products purchased directly from Lurpes are covered for 12 months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use.

How We Help
For an approved warranty claim, Lurpes will provide replacement parts, repair support or a product replacement, depending on the verified issue. Standard shipping required for an approved warranty remedy is covered by Lurpes.

What Is Not Covered
Coverage excludes normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications and damage caused by improper care.

On 10-hour work-from-home days, the combination of cushioned seat, headrest, recline and massage kept me from getting restless or sore — I ended the day feeling better than with my old chair.

When I lean back to think or read, the recline function works smoothly and locks securely at a comfortable angle. It’s nice to stretch out without leaving the chair or sacrificing stability.

When work ends, I hit the massage button and enjoy a gentle back vibration — surprisingly soothing after hours of sitting. It helps me unwind a bit before I get up and stretch.

After a long video-meeting marathon, resting my head on the adjustable headrest reduces neck strain.

Rolling around to grab a notebook or printer, the wheels move quietly and smoothly on hardwood — no squeaks or scratches.

Leaning back aggressively or shifting weight doesn’t wobble the chair — the steel frame feels solid. I trust this chair’s build quality would last years of daily use.

It’s handy switching from upright typing mode to recline + massage mode when I take a break — this chair works as both a serious office chair and a relaxing recliner.

First time I tried it, even before adjusting anything, it already felt premium — the leather, the cushion, the frame all gave a stable, quality feel.

I can switch between typing upright, leaning back to think, or lounging during a break — the chair adapts to all postures comfortably. It feels versatile compared to rigid traditional chairs.

The massage function is a nice touch, but I found it a bit too gentle for serious muscle relief. Also, when reclining fully, the chair leans slightly more than I expected, which made me adjust carefully.

Sitting down after a long day, the genuine leather surface feels richly smooth and much more premium than my old cloth chair. It gives the workspace a classy vibe — and cleanup after a coffee spill is easy with a damp cloth.

I moved it from my home office to a corner in the living room for reading — recline + massage mode made it a decent reading recliner, so it doubles as a casual lounge seat.

The chair feels luxurious, but after a couple of hours, the genuine leather can get a bit warm and sticky against my back. I wish the seat was slightly more breathable for long summer-like sitting sessions.

When I feel stiff after sitting too long, a 10-minute massage + recline session noticeably loosens tight muscles in my back.

The thick cushioned seat pad supports me during long work sessions without feeling too firm. Even after several hours at the desk, I don’t notice any butt-numbness or soreness anymore.
