Can I enquire about several products?
Yes. Add each product with its quantity and preferred size or finish. If you have not selected products yet, describe the furniture you need and estimated quantities.
Can I request a different size or finish?
Include the changes you would like in your enquiry. We will confirm whether they are available. A request does not confirm that a custom option can be supplied.
Can you deliver by my project deadline?
Share your preferred date before placing an order. For custom orders, delivery timing and shipping fees are provided during quotation and confirmed with the order terms; the standard delivery estimate does not apply.
Does delivery include assembly or installation?
Standard delivery is curbside or doorstep. Do not assume that assembly, installation, or placement inside the building is included. Tell us your requirements so the available arrangements can be confirmed.
Are business or custom orders covered by standard returns?
You may cancel free of charge before shipment, including custom orders. Custom-made items are excluded from change-of-mind returns after shipment. This does not remove remedies for defective, damaged, or incorrect goods or rights under applicable law.
