Shipping policy

This policy describes standard delivery for purchases from Lurpes, operated by Lurpes INC. All delivery estimates below are in calendar days.
1. Destinations and shipping rates
Orders below USD $500: USD $89 shipping per order.
Orders of USD $500 or more: free standard shipping.
The threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding sales tax and shipping. Shipping is available to the U.S. regions supported at checkout, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. The charge is displayed before payment. A physical delivery address is required; P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not supported.
2. Estimated delivery timeline
- Processing and production: 12–14 calendar days.
- International transit: approximately 30 calendar days.
- Local U.S. delivery: approximately 10–15 calendar days.
Total estimated delivery: 52–59 calendar days from ordering. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Contact us before ordering if you have a required delivery date. If a delay affects your order, contact us for its status and available cancellation or return arrangements under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
3. Import costs and taxes
Lurpes INC is a U.S.-registered company. Import-related costs are included in the price displayed at checkout. Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.
4. Delivery service and scheduling
Standard delivery is curbside or doorstep delivery. Assembly, installation, and placement inside the building are not included. The carrier will contact you by phone or email to coordinate a delivery window once the order reaches the local delivery hub.
5. Tracking and order support
Available carrier tracking details are sent by email. For an order status update, contact support@lurpes.com with your order number and checkout email.
6. Damage, missing items, and cancellations
Inspect your delivery when it arrives. Please report damage or missing or incorrect items promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days, with photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping labels. This reporting request does not limit your rights under applicable law.
Before shipment: You may cancel free of charge. We refund the merchandise payment, applicable tax, and any original shipping charge paid, including the USD $89 shipping charge.
After shipment: For an eligible cancellation or change-of-mind return, a shipping fee equal to 20% of the actual amount paid for the affected merchandise after discounts applies. Tax and original shipping charges are excluded from the fee calculation. This replaces the former restocking fee; no separate restocking or production fee is charged. Original shipping charges already paid are not refunded after shipment.
