Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required. We deliver to the U.S. regions supported at checkout, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. A physical delivery address is required; P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded.
Estimated Delivery: 47–71 Business Days
Processing and production: 5–15 business days.
Transit and local U.S. delivery after shipment: 42–56 business days, including international transportation and final delivery to your address.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and applicable public holidays. Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on a business day begin processing that day; orders placed after this cutoff or on a non-business day begin processing on the next business day. Estimates are counted from the start of order processing and are not guaranteed delivery dates. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Delivery Arrangements
Standard delivery is curbside or doorstep delivery. Your carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window once your order reaches the local delivery hub.
Inspect Your Delivery
Please inspect your furniture upon arrival. Please report damage or missing items promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days, including photos of the product, packaging and shipping labels. This reporting request does not limit your rights under applicable law.
30-day return request window
Eligible change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Custom-made and clearance items are excluded from change-of-mind returns after shipment.
Before shipment: You may cancel free of charge. We refund the merchandise payment, applicable tax, and any original shipping charge paid.
After shipment: For an eligible non-defective cancellation or change-of-mind return, a return handling fee equal to 20% of the actual amount paid for the affected merchandise after discounts applies. Tax and original shipping charges are excluded from the fee calculation. This is a single 20% return handling fee. For these non-defective returns or cancellations after shipment, the customer also pays the actual carrier cost of return shipping separately. No additional return handling fee is charged. Original shipping charges already paid are not refunded after shipment.
Contact support@lurpes.com for authorization and the correct return address. The Wyoming company address is not the return destination. Damaged, defective, or incorrect goods attributable to Lurpes are handled separately at our expense. Approved return refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after inspection; inspection normally takes 3–7 calendar days after receipt.
Shopify Payments refunds may take up to 10 business days after we issue the refund to be credited by your bank; weekends, public holidays, or bank delays may extend this time.
12 Months of Limited Coverage
Products purchased directly from Lurpes are covered for 12 months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use.
How We Help
For an approved warranty claim, Lurpes will provide replacement parts, repair support or a product replacement, depending on the verified issue. Standard shipping required for an approved warranty remedy is covered by Lurpes.
What Is Not Covered
Coverage excludes normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications and damage caused by improper care.

Email support@lurpes.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or videos. Please contact us before arranging repairs or returning your product.
