Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required. We deliver to the U.S. regions supported at checkout, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. A physical delivery address is required; P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded.

Processing and production: 5–15 business days.
Transit and local U.S. delivery after shipment: 42–56 business days, including international transportation and final delivery to your address.

Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on a business day begin processing that day; orders placed after this cutoff or on a non-business day begin processing on the next business day. Delivery Arrangements
Standard delivery is curbside or doorstep delivery. Your carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window once your order reaches the local delivery hub.

Inspect Your Delivery
Please inspect your furniture upon arrival. Please report damage or missing items promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days, including photos of the product, packaging and shipping labels. This reporting request does not limit your rights under applicable law.

30-Day Return Policy >

30-day return request window
Eligible change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Custom-made and clearance items are excluded from change-of-mind returns after shipment.

Before shipment: You may cancel free of charge. We refund the merchandise payment, applicable tax, and any original shipping charge paid.

After shipment: For an eligible non-defective cancellation or change-of-mind return, a return handling fee equal to 20% of the actual amount paid for the affected merchandise after discounts applies. Tax and original shipping charges are excluded from the fee calculation. This is a single 20% return handling fee. For these non-defective returns or cancellations after shipment, the customer also pays the actual carrier cost of return shipping separately. No additional return handling fee is charged. Original shipping charges already paid are not refunded after shipment.

Contact support@lurpes.com for authorization and the correct return address. The Wyoming company address is not the return destination. Damaged, defective, or incorrect goods attributable to Lurpes are handled separately at our expense. Approved return refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after inspection; inspection normally takes 3–7 calendar days after receipt.

Shopify Payments refunds may take up to 10 business days after we issue the refund to be credited by your bank; weekends, public holidays, or bank delays may extend this time.

12 Months of Limited Coverage
Products purchased directly from Lurpes are covered for 12 months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use.

How We Help
For an approved warranty claim, Lurpes will provide replacement parts, repair support or a product replacement, depending on the verified issue. Standard shipping required for an approved warranty remedy is covered by Lurpes.

What Is Not Covered
Coverage excludes normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications and damage caused by improper care.

This L-shaped reception desk has completely transformed our small office corner. It feels sturdy, fits perfectly in the space, and the layout makes it easy to manage customer interactions while keeping everything organized and accessible.

When I process paperwork while answering phones and using my laptop simultaneously, the wide desktop gives enough elbow room. I don’t feel cramped—even with multiple tasks at once.

Every morning when I wipe down the desk before opening the shop, I’m always impressed how glossy and spotless the painted surface stays. Coffee spills wipe off with no trace, so the reception area looks professional even after busy days.

Using the under-desk shelves to stash extra forms and small supplies keeps the top clear and organized. With cabinets beneath, even after a busy day the reception counter never looks cluttered.

Storing small supplies is easy, but I realized the inner shelves don’t fit my taller binders. I had to relocate some items to another cabinet. Not a dealbreaker, but the storage could’ve been designed a bit more flexible for different office items.

First impressions matter: customers often comment how clean and modern our front desk looks. The white finish and clean lines of the desk make the small shop entrance feel more inviting.

Setting up two monitors, a small printer, and paperwork side by side feels natural thanks to the L-shaped layout. I don’t have to juggle space — everything fits neatly, from check-in clipboard to ledger book.

Even when leaning on the corner of the desk while reaching for supplies, the legs remain steady. No wobble or shifting — it feels solid enough for daily active use in a busy store environment.

With people coming in and out, dust and little messes are inevitable — thankfully wiping down the surface is quick. A damp cloth removes fingerprints and dust, so the desk stays guest-ready all day.

I expected the desk to give me more stretching room when I’m sorting receipts at the end of the day, but the usable width feels tighter than I imagined once my monitor and card reader are in place. It still works, just not as spacious as I hoped.
