Eligible change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Custom-made and clearance items are excluded from change-of-mind returns after shipment.
Before shipment: You may cancel free of charge. We refund the merchandise payment, applicable tax, and any original shipping charge paid.
After shipment: For an eligible non-defective cancellation or change-of-mind return, a return handling fee equal to 20% of the actual amount paid for the affected merchandise after discounts applies.
