Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required. We deliver to the U.S. regions supported at checkout, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. A physical delivery address is required; P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded.

Processing and production: 5–15 business days.
Transit and local U.S. delivery after shipment: 42–56 business days, including international transportation and final delivery to your address.

Delivery Arrangements
Standard delivery is curbside or doorstep delivery. Your carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window once your order reaches the local delivery hub.

Inspect Your Delivery
Please inspect your furniture upon arrival. Please report damage or missing items promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days, including photos of the product, packaging and shipping labels. This reporting request does not limit your rights under applicable law.

30-Day Return Policy >

30-day return request window
Eligible change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Custom-made and clearance items are excluded from change-of-mind returns after shipment.

Before shipment: You may cancel free of charge. We refund the merchandise payment, applicable tax, and any original shipping charge paid.

After shipment: For an eligible non-defective cancellation or change-of-mind return, a return handling fee equal to 20% of the actual amount paid for the affected merchandise after discounts applies. Tax and original shipping charges are excluded from the fee calculation. This is a single 20% return handling fee. For these non-defective returns or cancellations after shipment, the customer also pays the actual carrier cost of return shipping separately. No additional return handling fee is charged. Original shipping charges already paid are not refunded after shipment.

Contact support@lurpes.com for authorization and the correct return address. The Wyoming company address is not the return destination. Damaged, defective, or incorrect goods attributable to Lurpes are handled separately at our expense. Approved return refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after inspection; inspection normally takes 3–7 calendar days after receipt.

Shopify Payments refunds may take up to 10 business days after we issue the refund to be credited by your bank; weekends, public holidays, or bank delays may extend this time.

Products purchased directly from Lurpes are covered for 12 months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use.

How We Help
For an approved warranty claim, Lurpes will provide replacement parts, repair support or a product replacement, depending on the verified issue. Standard shipping required for an approved warranty remedy is covered by Lurpes.

What Is Not Covered
Coverage excludes normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications and damage caused by improper care.

Great front desk for a busy studio setting. It feels sturdy and functional, with enough space to organize paperwork and greet students. The design is simple but professional, matching our modern dance space well.

I love this reception desk in our dance studio. It’s modern and welcoming, giving a great first impression. The countertop has enough space for daily tasks, and the desk feels sturdy and well-made—truly a practical and stylish addition to our front area.

Bright lighting overhead really brings out the clean design of the desk. There’s something about its geometric build and simplicity that just looks good under LEDs. Makes our reception area feel polished and put-together. It’s subtle, but guests notice it—and comment on it.

Sleek edges and a neutral tone made it blend right in with our nail salon’s modern interior. I especially appreciated how the smooth finish doesn’t show fingerprints or smudges easily. That’s a game-changer in a busy environment. It feels professional without being too formal, and the surface feels durable without being heavy.

Neutral colors aside, what really won me over was the finish. The laminate doesn’t just look smooth—it actually resists scratches and minor dings. We’ve had deliveries bang into it a couple times, and there’s barely a mark. For a front-facing piece, that durability matters more than people think.

A quick wipe-down at closing is all it takes to make it look brand new. That’s a big plus for us—we close late, and nobody wants to spend extra time cleaning. The surface doesn’t hang onto dust or smudges. Just a microfiber cloth does the trick.

Putting it together didn’t require a team of engineers, which was a relief. All the parts were labeled clearly, and instructions were actually understandable. It took maybe an hour solo with a screwdriver and patience. I’ve assembled worse furniture, trust me—this one didn’t leave me swearing.

Plenty of open shelf space underneath makes it easy to organize supplies. I can grab paper, pens, or forms without having to dig through drawers. Everything’s visible and within reach. It’s such a time-saver when things get busy. Definitely designed with practical use in mind.

Corners could have been finished more smoothly. I noticed the edges are slightly rough, which might be an issue for a high-traffic area like ours. Not a deal breaker, but I expected a cleaner finish on such a visible part of the desk.

Been using it as a registration counter for weekend craft fairs. It’s light enough to move when needed, but still holds up strong for hours of use. The finish resists scuffs and wipes clean easily. Several vendors asked me where I got it!

Not a single customer has asked where the front desk is since we replaced the old one with this. It naturally stands out without being over-the-top. The shape is inviting, and people instinctively walk toward it. That flow is surprisingly valuable in retail.

Corner placement was easy because it isn’t overly deep. I had worried about it eating into our walkway, but the slim profile saved the day. It fits snugly against the wall, looks intentional, and still offers usable surface space. It’s a great use of an awkward spot.

Despite its lightweight feel, the desk stands firmly in place. It doesn’t wobble when leaned on, which gives off a solid first impression.

Glossy surface reflects just enough light to brighten the area without glare. Makes our check-in zone feel open and welcoming even on gloomy days.

Leg room under the counter is surprisingly generous. Our front staff love how they can stretch out without bumping into storage panels or bars. Comfortable and well-thought-out.

Color coordination with our other furniture was easier than expected. Its soft white blends with both warm wood tones and cool grays, which saved me a lot of decorating stress. Didn’t have to replace anything else. It’s amazing how a good neutral can tie a whole space together.
