Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required. We deliver to the U.S. regions supported at checkout, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. A physical delivery address is required; P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded.

30-day return request window
Eligible change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Custom-made and clearance items are excluded from change-of-mind returns after shipment.

Before shipment: You may cancel free of charge. We refund the merchandise payment, applicable tax, and any original shipping charge paid.

After shipment: For an eligible non-defective cancellation or change-of-mind return, a return handling fee equal to 20% of the actual amount paid for the affected merchandise after discounts applies. Tax and original shipping charges are excluded from the fee calculation. This is a single 20% return handling fee. For these non-defective returns or cancellations after shipment, the customer also pays the actual carrier cost of return shipping separately. No additional return handling fee is charged. Original shipping charges already paid are not refunded after shipment.

Contact support@lurpes.com for authorization and the correct return address. The Wyoming company address is not the return destination. Damaged, defective, or incorrect goods attributable to Lurpes are handled separately at our expense. Approved return refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after inspection; inspection normally takes 3–7 calendar days after receipt.

Shopify Payments refunds may take up to 10 business days after we issue the refund to be credited by your bank; weekends, public holidays, or bank delays may extend this time.

I bought the orange office chair, and when it arrived, there was no strange smell when I opened it. Plus, assembly was a breeze. I put it together all by myself in just 20 minutes. Sitting in this chair is super comfortable, and the cushion is especially cozy. It's a sponge cushion, really soft to sit on.

I got the black office chair, and when it arrived, I found it pretty easy to set up right out of the box. The chair has this headrest design, which makes lying back really comfortable. The only hitch is that the height adjustment isn't very flexible. Hopefully, the seller can make some improvements on that next time.

Loving the chair’s sturdy build and plush seating—this seat really makes my long conference calls more bearable. However, the armrests feel a bit too rigid and don’t adjust, which places extra strain on my elbows after a few hours.

I appreciate how sturdy the base feels while gliding across my flooring without any wobble. The seat foam remains supportive even after long video calls. Together, they make working at home feel much more professional and comfortable.

What I appreciate most is how dependable the reclining feel is—I can lean without shaky movement, and the seat remains firm even after hours. It’s the upgrade I never knew I needed for my productivity.

This chair has an elegant silhouette and feels stable when I shift positions. The finish looks high-end and blends into my home office well. However, the base seems prone to collecting dust, and cleaning the grooves around the wheels takes extra effort.

The cushion feels well-padded and gives good support throughout the day without sagging. My only complaint is that the seat height adjustment lever is slightly stiff and occasionally sticks, which interrupt my workflow.

Long writing sessions are more comfortable now—the chair’s cushioning doesn’t compress easily and supports my thighs well. The recline function is well-calibrated for both focus and rest, making it versatile for my daily routine.

Grateful for the easy assembly—took just ten minutes and no one was needed to help. That said, I found the seat edges to be a bit sharp; after a few hours my legs felt some pressure near the front.

Enjoying the premium feel of the padding and the sleek silhouette that complements my workspace beautifully. Still, I noticed a mild chemical odor upon opening the box, which lingered for a couple of days before dissipating.

The build quality is impressive—the chair feels solid under any pressure and the seat still holds its shape after weeks of use. Being able to recline during short work breaks has improved my endurance and motivation.

My posture improved noticeably when I started using this chair—the recline mechanism encourages a quick stretch mid-afternoon and the seat padding keeps my hips well-supported. It’s a great balance of comfort and structure.
