Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required. We deliver to the U.S. regions supported at checkout, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. A physical delivery address is required; P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded.

Estimated Delivery: 47–71 Business Days
Processing and production: 5–15 business days.
Transit and local U.S. delivery after shipment: 42–56 business days, including international transportation and final delivery to your address.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and applicable public holidays. Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on a business day begin processing that day; orders placed after this cutoff or on a non-business day begin processing on the next business day. Delivery Arrangements
Standard delivery is curbside or doorstep delivery. Your carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window once your order reaches the local delivery hub.

Inspect Your Delivery
Please inspect your furniture upon arrival. Please report damage or missing items promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days, including photos of the product, packaging and shipping labels. This reporting request does not limit your rights under applicable law.

30-Day Return Policy >

30-day return request window
Eligible change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Custom-made and clearance items are excluded from change-of-mind returns after shipment.

Before shipment: You may cancel free of charge. We refund the merchandise payment, applicable tax, and any original shipping charge paid.

After shipment: For an eligible non-defective cancellation or change-of-mind return, a return handling fee equal to 20% of the actual amount paid for the affected merchandise after discounts applies. Tax and original shipping charges are excluded from the fee calculation. This is a single 20% return handling fee. For these non-defective returns or cancellations after shipment, the customer also pays the actual carrier cost of return shipping separately. No additional return handling fee is charged. Original shipping charges already paid are not refunded after shipment.

Contact support@lurpes.com for authorization and the correct return address. The Wyoming company address is not the return destination. Damaged, defective, or incorrect goods attributable to Lurpes are handled separately at our expense. Approved return refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after inspection; inspection normally takes 3–7 calendar days after receipt.

Shopify Payments refunds may take up to 10 business days after we issue the refund to be credited by your bank; weekends, public holidays, or bank delays may extend this time.

Products purchased directly from Lurpes are covered for 12 months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use.

How We Help
For an approved warranty claim, Lurpes will provide replacement parts, repair support or a product replacement, depending on the verified issue. Standard shipping required for an approved warranty remedy is covered by Lurpes.

What Is Not Covered
Coverage excludes normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorized modifications and damage caused by improper care.

Adjusting the headrest to a good height makes a difference — during late-night calls or long work sessions, my neck stays supported. No more awkward craning or stiff neck by the end of day.

The high-density foam seat cushion supports me through hours of typing and calls. My hips don’t ache like they did on my old chair.

Sliding into the chair after a long workday, I immediately feel the rich leather under me — soft, smooth, and noticeably more premium than my old cloth office chair.

Rolling around to grab a notebook or printer, the chair glides smoothly and quietly. Wheels don’t squeak and the base feels solid — great for hardwood floors.

Soft-padded armrests give my forearms a comfy rest during long typing sessions. I notice less wrist and shoulder tension compared to chairs without padding.

When I lean back to read documents or double-check spreadsheets, the backrest curves nicely to follow my spine. I don’t slump forward or feel discomfort even after long sessions.

Favorite feature: when I lean back a bit to think or browse, the recline lock holds stable — no wobbling or awkward shifts.

Given leather seat, padding, adjustable back/armrests/headrest and recline — this chair feels like a solid mid-to-high-end investment. For daily home office use, I think it’s worth the cost.

During video calls, the chair’s cushioned seat and stable back make me feel more composed and professional. I sit straighter and feel more present than slouching back in old chairs.

On days when I’m glued to emails and spreadsheets for 8+ hours, this chair makes a big difference. Back support, cushioning, adjustability — I finish the day without the usual stiffness.

I like the chair overall, but assembling it took longer than expected. The instructions were a little unclear, and aligning the parts perfectly required patience. Once set up, it’s sturdy, but the setup might frustrate someone who wants a quick start.

The chair is stylish and supportive, but I found the seat a bit narrow for my comfort. After a long day at the desk, my legs feel slightly cramped. It works fine for smaller frames, but larger users might want to consider a wider option.

After I shut down my PC, I lean back, rest my head, and just decompress for a few minutes. The recline + comfy cushioning helps me transition from work mode to chill mode.
